BIM Modelling

Creation and management of BIM models to support design coordination and construction planning, including:

Models are developed to support engineering analysis, coordination and staged construction.

Reinforced Concrete (RC) Detailing – 3D

Production of fully coordinated reinforced concrete detailing undertaken entirely in 3D, including:

  • 3D reinforcement modelling
  • Bar scheduling and bending schedules
  • Clash detection and coordination with embedded items
  • Complex geometry, congested zones and build‑sequence considerations

3D RC detailing supports improved coordination, reduced site risk and clearer construction information.

Steel Fabrication Drawings

Preparation of steelwork fabrication and erection information, including:

  • Fabrication drawings and connection details
  • Erection sequences and temporary stability considerations
  • Coordination with primary structure, secondary steelwork and interfaces

Steel detailing is undertaken with clear regard to fabrication, transportation and site assembly.
